Lemon Garlic Salmon

Instructions
- Melt ghee or butter in a small saucepan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and salt to the saucepan, then simmer until reduced by 1/3 to 1/2.
- Remove salmon from the fridge 10-20 minutes before cooking and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Place salmon filets skin side up in the skillet and cook until lightly browned, about 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the skin is crisp and the flesh feels firm.
- Remove from heat and pour the lemon garlic sauce over the salmon.
- Sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon slices before serving.
