Garlic Butter Salmon with Lemon Dill Sauce

Instructions
- Rub the salmon fillets with garlic and sprinkle with salt and pepper, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the salmon on a baking sheet and drizzle with a mixture of melted butter and lemon juice.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the center of the salmon reaches about 120°F for medium-rare.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare the sauce by mixing sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir until well combined and refrigerate.
- Serve the salmon with the Lemon Dill Sauce and garnish with additional dill.
