Salmon Roasted in Butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F.
- Melt the butter in a small roasting dish and sprinkle dill evenly over it, then heat until sizzling.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side up in the dish and roast for 4 minutes.
- Remove the dish, peel the skin off the salmon, and season the skinless side with salt and pepper.
- Flip the fillets, season the other side, and add garlic to the melted butter around the salmon.
- Return to the oven and cook until desired doneness, about 3 to 4 minutes longer.
- Plate the salmon and spoon the butter over it, then sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon.
