Instructions
- Set the Sous Vide Supreme to 120°F.
- Place the frozen salmon filet directly into the water bath.
- Cook the salmon for 25 minutes.
- Remove the salmon from the bath and dry it off.
- Season the salmon with black pepper and Aleppo chile salt.
- Heat a cast iron skillet on high and add ghee.
- Once the ghee is smoking, sear both sides of the salmon.
- Serve the salmon with green beans and squeeze lime over the dish.
