Instructions
- Trim the tops and stems of the artichokes.
- Boil the artichokes for 15 minutes and let them cool upside down.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the sausage, garlic, Italian seasoning, and half a cup of Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
- Scoop out the fuzzy choke from the cooled artichokes.
- Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over the artichokes.
- Stuff the artichokes with the sausage mixture and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 40-50 minutes until the sausage is cooked.
- Broil for a few minutes to brown the cheese.
