Instructions
- Wash and cut the broccoli into small pieces.
- Steam or blanch the broccoli until al dente, then set aside to cool completely.
- In a large bowl, combine the grated carrot, diced apple, spinach, sunflower seeds, and cooled broccoli.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, orange juice, tamari, maple syrup, miso, salt, and pepper, adjusting seasoning to taste.
- Dress the salad, mix well, and enjoy.
