Ingredients

The salad

  • 6 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 large apple, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • ½ cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • cup dried cranberries, chopped

The dressing

  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based for vegan option)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, carrots, red onion, apples, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries.
