Ingredients

  • 1 can (11-ounce) sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 3 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 spray nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Spray an 8-inch by 8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Combine the chocolate chips and condensed milk in a double boiler or a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Melt the mixture using a double boiler or microwave in 40-second intervals, stirring in between.
  4. Pour the melted fudge mixture into the baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set, or freeze for 1 hour for faster setting.
  6. Cut the fudge into squares and serve.
