Instructions
- Spray an 8-inch by 8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- Combine the chocolate chips and condensed milk in a double boiler or a microwave-safe bowl.
- Melt the mixture using a double boiler or microwave in 40-second intervals, stirring in between.
- Pour the melted fudge mixture into the baking dish and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours to set, or freeze for 1 hour for faster setting.
- Cut the fudge into squares and serve.
