Ingredients

The fudge

  • ½ cup sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 12 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Optional nuts

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sweetened condensed coconut milk, allowing it to reduce until very thick.
  2. In a saucepan, melt together the condensed milk, chocolate chunks, and coconut oil until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into an 8"x8" baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. If desired, sprinkle in the chopped walnuts or pecans.
  5. Refrigerate or freeze the pan to set for at least 4 hours.
  6. Slice and serve the fudge chilled for the best texture.
