Instructions
- Prepare the sweetened condensed coconut milk, allowing it to reduce until very thick.
- In a saucepan, melt together the condensed milk, chocolate chunks, and coconut oil until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into an 8"x8" baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- If desired, sprinkle in the chopped walnuts or pecans.
- Refrigerate or freeze the pan to set for at least 4 hours.
- Slice and serve the fudge chilled for the best texture.
