Garlic Herb Pasta

spaghetti, linguine, or cappellini

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and mix all meatball ingredients until well combined. Roll into 30 small balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and lemon zest, sautéing until fragrant without browning the garlic.
- Add spinach and parsley, cooking until just wilted.
- Combine pasta, meatballs, and Parmesan in the pot. Toss to combine, adding water or white wine as needed to achieve desired creaminess. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon.
