Skinny Spaghetti and Meatballs

super smooth spaghetti sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare the peppers.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs until thick and sticky.
- Add the minced bell peppers, ground turkey, and salt to the mixture and combine well using your hands.
- Roll the mixture into meatballs and place them on a greased baking sheet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes until browned.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- In a large saucepan, heat the spaghetti sauce over medium heat, adding the meatballs and some fresh parsley, then cover and let simmer.
- Combine the sauce and noodles, or serve the sauce on top of the noodles, garnishing with cheese.
