Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together olive oil, vinegar, mustard, ginger, honey, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Finely dice the shallot and add it to the dressing to mellow the flavor.
- Shred the Brussels sprouts and add them to the bowl, tossing well to coat them in the dressing.
- Add the dried cranberries and chopped pecans, then toss again.
- Adjust seasoning to taste and let the salad marinate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
