Black Garlic Ramen

Instructions
- Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a small-medium-sized pot.
- Add all ingredients except the tofu and stir to combine.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the silken tofu and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes.
- Serve in a large bowl and enjoy straight from the pot.
