Black Garlic Ramen

Ingredients

  • 1 package Ramen noodles
  • 300 g silken tofu, cubed
  • 1 cup Nappa cabbage, shredded
  • 2 – 3 sprigs Green onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 large cloves black garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp tamari
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 package ramen seasoning
  • 1 tsp black garlic hot sauce
  • 3 cups water

Instructions

  1. Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a small-medium-sized pot.
  2. Add all ingredients except the tofu and stir to combine.
  3. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add the silken tofu and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. Serve in a large bowl and enjoy straight from the pot.
