The peanut dressing

Instructions
- Cook the linguine noodles according to package directions, then rinse and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled noodles and chopped vegetables.
- Blend the dressing ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding water as needed to thin it out.
- Pour the dressing over the noodles and vegetables, then toss to coat.
- Garnish with additional cilantro and green onions as desired.
