Instructions
- Combine all meatball ingredients in a bowl and form into balls.
- Heat coconut oil or ghee in a skillet and fry meatballs until browned.
- Remove meatballs and clean the skillet.
- Melt ghee in the skillet and add spices to create a paste.
- Add tomato sauce and coconut aminos, simmer until thickened.
- Stir in coconut cream, lemon juice, and meatballs, simmer until cooked through.
