Mashed Chickpea Salad

The salad

chickpeas, strained, rinsed and dried

finely chopped red onion or 1 small shallot

fresh dill, finely chopped

red chili flakes
Optional ingredients

celery, finely chopped

Instructions
- Combine all salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Use a pastry cutter or sharp tool to mash the mixture until half is chopped.
- Refrigerate the salad to set until it reaches a desired consistency.
- Serve and enjoy!
