Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the garbanzo beans.
- Mash the garbanzo beans with a fork or potato smasher, leaving some whole for texture.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
- If the hummus is too thick, add a tablespoon of water.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
