Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and prepare a baking sheet with foil and grease it.
- In one bowl, place the mayonnaise, and in another bowl, mix the crushed pork rinds, protein powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Coat the chicken strips in mayonnaise, then press them into the breading mixture to coat thoroughly.
- Arrange the coated chicken strips on the baking sheet without touching each other.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until just cooked through, then broil for 1-2 minutes to crisp the breading.
