Ingredients

The chicken tenders

The seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken tenders dry with a paper towel.
  2. Mix the olive oil and seasonings in a bowl.
  3. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the chicken tenders.
  4. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Set the air fryer to 375°F and cook for 8 minutes.
  6. Flip the chicken tenders and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
  7. Transfer the cooked chicken to a serving platter and let it cool before serving.
