Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs with water until smooth.
- In a third bowl, mix Italian breadcrumbs, panko, parmesan, and additional salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken tender in flour, then dip in egg, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Repeat the process for all chicken tenders.
- Drizzle melted butter over the coated tenders and spray with cooking spray.
- Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer, cooking in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until cooked through and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
