Instructions
- Prepare three bowls: one with breadcrumbs, one with beaten egg, and one with flour.
- Mix grated parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper into the breadcrumbs.
- Dredge the chicken strips in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Spray both sides of the coated chicken tenders with cooking oil.
- Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket without stacking them.
- Cook at 400°F for 8 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 6 to 8 minutes until crispy.
- Ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches at least 165°F before serving.
