Instructions
- Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and pound to a half-inch thickness.
- Combine flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a shallow dish.
- Beat the eggs in a second dish.
- Mix parmesan cheese and panko in a third dish.
- Coat the chicken in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally in the panko mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the chicken in the basket.
- Spray the chicken with cooking spray and cook for 6 minutes.
- Flip the chicken, spray again, and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve the chicken with your favorite side dishes.
