Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 190C/375F and grease the air fryer basket.
- Pound the chicken breasts until they are about ½ inch thick.
- In one bowl, whisk the egg, and in another bowl, combine the panko, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat it with the panko mixture, discarding any excess.
- Place the breaded chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 9 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove the basket and spoon marinara sauce over each chicken breast, then sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
