Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and Italian seasoning.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes and prepare the basket.
- Set up three shallow bowls with flour, whisked egg, and a mixture of Panko, garlic powder, and parmesan.
- Coat the chicken in flour, then dip in egg, and finally in the Panko mixture.
- Place the breaded chicken in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F for 5 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Top the chicken with marinara sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan, then air fry for an additional 4 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Remove and serve immediately.
