Instructions
- Prep the chicken by pounding it to ½-inch thickness.
- Whisk the eggs in one bowl and mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, and spices in another.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375ºF and spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Cook the chicken for 6 minutes, then flip and top with marinara and parmesan.
- Cook for an additional 5-6 minutes until the chicken reaches 165ºF.
