Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan

Instructions
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
- Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create 4 thinner cutlets and pound them to flatten.
- Combine panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the beaten egg in another bowl.
- Dip the chicken in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer and spray the top with cooking oil.
- Cook for 7 minutes at 370°F.
- Open the air fryer, top each breast with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella, and cook for an additional 3 minutes until the cheese melts.
