Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic in a small bowl and stir until combined.
- Add the chicken tenders to the bowl with the wet mixture and toss to coat, then set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the gluten-free panko, gluten-free flour, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Dredge each tender in the panko mixture, pressing firmly to ensure they are well coated, then place them on a plate.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Cook the chicken tenders in batches for 5-6 minutes on each side, until they are cooked through and golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
