Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F or the oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, salt, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg.
- Coat each chicken tender in the egg, then dredge in the almond flour mixture.
- Place the coated chicken strips in the air fryer or on a lined baking sheet for the oven.
- Air fry for 15-17 minutes, flipping halfway through, or bake for 20-22 minutes, also flipping halfway.
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches 163°F, then let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
