Ingredients

The chicken tenders

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Standard Chicken Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Ranch Seasoning (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon chives
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the chicken tenders with the spices.
  2. For the air fryer method, spray the basket with cooking oil and place the seasoned chicken inside.
  3. Air fry at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
  4. Flip the tenders and air fry for an additional 4-8 minutes until crisp and cooked through.
  5. For the oven method, preheat to 425 degrees and place the chicken on a baking rack or sheet pan.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, flip, and bake for another 10 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Drizzle the cooked tenders with buffalo sauce and serve.
