Instructions
- Season both sides of the chicken tenders with the spices.
- For the air fryer method, spray the basket with cooking oil and place the seasoned chicken inside.
- Air fry at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
- Flip the tenders and air fry for an additional 4-8 minutes until crisp and cooked through.
- For the oven method, preheat to 425 degrees and place the chicken on a baking rack or sheet pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, flip, and bake for another 10 minutes until cooked through.
- Drizzle the cooked tenders with buffalo sauce and serve.
