Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 190C/375F and lightly grease the air fryer basket.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken tenderloins with olive oil and mix well.
- Add the spices to the chicken and mix until evenly coated.
- Place the chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 7-8 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with lemon juice and chopped parsley before serving.
