Ingredients

The chicken

  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins

The seasoning mix

  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
  2. Melt the butter in the microwave until liquid.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes with the melted butter.
  4. Dredge the chicken tenderloins in the butter mixture.
  5. Lay the chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
  7. Serve warm.
