Ingredients

  • ¼ pink grapefruit chopped (about ½ cup)
  • 3 tablespoons blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
  • 3 tablespoons shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Pour the coconut milk into a high-powered blender.
  2. Add the frozen Fruit ‘n Greens and the ice cubes.
  3. Process until smooth.
  4. Divide the smoothie into 2 bowls.
