Instructions
- Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, peanut butter, and maple syrup until well mixed.
- Form small balls from the mixture and place them on the lined tray, flattening each ball into a cookie shape.
- Freeze the cookies until firm.
- Melt the chocolate chips and dip each cookie into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
- Return the coated cookies to the tray and refrigerate until the chocolate is firm.
