Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare a 9-inch by 5-inch loaf pan with oil and parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 55 minutes until the loaf rises and cracks on top.
- Let the bread cool completely before slicing.
