Asian Style Sesame Crusted Salmon

Instructions
- Mix lime zest, juice, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and salt in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning and set aside.
- Combine white and black sesame seeds on a plate and set aside.
- Mix wasabi paste and tamari, then brush each salmon piece with the mixture and roll in sesame seeds to coat.
- Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon and cook for 1 minute on each side until all sides are cooked.
- Plate the salmon and drizzle with the ginger-lime vinaigrette. Serve with brown rice and sautéed vegetables.
