Ingredients

The salmon

  • 1 lb salmon

The marinade

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • ½ tablespoon sesame oil

The topping

  • 1 tablespoon white and black toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
  2. Mix together the soy sauce, Thai sweet chili sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, and sesame oil.
  3. Marinate the salmon in the mixture for 10-15 minutes, or until the oven is heated.
  4. Transfer the salmon to a baking pan lined with parchment paper and coat the top with sesame seeds.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes and serve immediately.
