Ingredients

The Bloody Mary Mix

  • 48 ounces Clamato or tomato juice
  • 2 cups vodka
  • 4 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ounce Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • ¼ teaspoon celery salt
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce

Garnishes

  • 12 units celery ribs
  • 1 jar pimento-stuffed green olives
  • 36 units dilly beans
  • 12 units pickled garlic cloves
  • 12 units beef sticks
  • to taste units skewered cheese cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bloody Mary mix the night before by whisking together Clamato, vodka, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, celery salt, pepper, and hot sauce in a large pitcher.
  2. Cover the mix and refrigerate for about 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
  3. In the morning, set out garnishes, a bucket of ice, and the vodka.
  4. Provide glasses, straws, and measuring tools for guests to prepare their drinks.
  5. Serve the Bloody Mary mix over ice in chilled glasses, garnished with celery and other desired items.
