Ingredients

The mix

  • 4 cups V8 tomato juice
  • 8 oz vodka
  • ¼ cup pickle juice
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 heaping tbsp horseradish
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 juices limes
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp Crystal hot sauce
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 heaping tbsp fresh dill

Optional garnishes

  • to taste none bbq rub
  • to taste none various garnishes (e.g., bacon, shrimp, pickles)

Pickle brine (if making your own)

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 ⅓ cup white vinegar
  • cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all mix ingredients in a blender and pulse until the garlic is fully chopped.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture overnight for best flavor.
  3. If making pickle brine, combine water, vinegar, sugar, and salt in a saucepan, boil, cool, and pour over vegetables.
  4. Serve the Bloody Mary mix over vodka in glasses, allowing guests to customize with garnishes.
