Easy No-Bake Granola Bars
Ingredients
The base

old-fashioned oats or quick-cooking oats

creamy peanut butter or almond butter

Mix-ins

mix-ins (nuts, seeds, chocolate, shredded coconut, or dried fruit)
Instructions
- Line a 9-inch square baker with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, cinnamon, and salt.
- Blitz mix-ins in a food processor or chop by hand, then add to the oats.
- In a measuring cup, mix nut butter, honey, and vanilla until blended.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until evenly mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baker and pack it down firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight.
- Slice into bars and store properly.
