Instructions
- Combine olive oil, paprika, crushed red pepper flakes, and saffron in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes to infuse the oil.
- Heat a skillet with olive oil or butter over medium-high heat and fry the eggs to your liking, seasoning with cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle the fried eggs with sesame seeds and drizzle with the infused oil before breaking the yolk.
- Serve the eggs with bread and olives.
