Instructions
- Sauté kale with olive oil, garlic, green onions, crushed red pepper, and salt until wilted.
- In a separate skillet, heat olive oil and fry eggs until the whites are crispy.
- Transfer fried eggs to paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve sautéed kale on plates, top with fried eggs, and garnish with harissa and toast.
