Instructions
- Steam the kale for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Drain the kale and sauté it in a little butter or olive oil.
- Add turmeric, cream, salt, pepper, and grated cheese to the kale and mix well.
- Reduce the heat and beat the eggs into the kale mixture.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 5 minutes to cook the egg whites.
