Instructions
- 1. Break the eggs into a bowl, cut the yolks with a fork, and scramble them lightly.
- 2. Melt the butter in a small pan. Once hot, pour in the eggs, cream, kale, and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Cook on very low heat, turning constantly. As soon as they are cooked, serve immediately.
