Ingredients

The eggs

  • 2 pcs eggs

The cooking fats

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp cream

The vegetables

  • ΒΌ cup kale, chopped
  • 1 pcs red bell pepper

Seasoning

  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Break the eggs into a bowl, cut the yolks with a fork, and scramble them lightly.
  2. 2. Melt the butter in a small pan. Once hot, pour in the eggs, cream, kale, and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Cook on very low heat, turning constantly. As soon as they are cooked, serve immediately.
