Instructions
- Clean the mushroom caps and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix tamari, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, sage, and thyme.
- Arrange the mushrooms in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring both sides are coated.
- Let the mushrooms marinate for 15 minutes while preheating the oven to 400ºF.
- Bake the mushrooms stem-side up for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Allow the mushrooms to cool slightly before serving with side dishes.
