Ingredients

The fluff mixture

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup milk

The crust and garnish

  • 4 pieces chocolate graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Make the vanilla whipped cream by beating the heavy whipping cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip together the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in 1/3 of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, then fold in another 1/3, saving the last 1/3 for topping.
  4. Crush three of the graham crackers and divide the crumbs among four cups.
  5. Divide the peanut butter fluff mixture among the cups and top with the remaining whipped cream.
  6. Sprinkle a little graham cracker crumbs on top and place a piece of the last graham cracker in each cup.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until chilled for a firmer texture.
