The cookie dough

The filling

small jar
marshmallow creme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare two baking sheets with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix the peanut butter and sugars until creamy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Stir in the salt and baking soda until well mixed.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of dough for each cookie onto the baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
- Press down the center of each dough ball with your thumb to create a puddle.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, then press down the cookies again with your thumb while they are hot.
- Let the cookies cool for two minutes on the baking sheet.
- Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely, then fill the centers with marshmallow creme.
