Ingredients

The base

  • sticks butter, softened
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • cups brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips

The toppings

  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • cup natural peanut butter for drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the butter, peanut butter, and brown sugar until smooth using a hand mixer.
  3. Mix in the eggs and vanilla until creamy, then set aside.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until fully incorporated.
  6. Stir in the peanut butter chips, then pour the batter into the greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-34 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let cool completely, then ice the blondies with marshmallow fluff and drizzle with peanut butter.
  9. Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy.
