Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, beat together the butter, peanut butter, and brown sugar until smooth using a hand mixer.
- Mix in the eggs and vanilla until creamy, then set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the peanut butter chips, then pour the batter into the greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-34 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool completely, then ice the blondies with marshmallow fluff and drizzle with peanut butter.
- Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy.
