Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 13 x 9 baking dish.
- Melt the butterscotch chips and butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and cool the mixture to room temperature.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and eggs with the cooled mixture until well blended.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the center is soft but will firm up while cooling.
- Allow to cool for 2-3 hours before cutting into squares.
