Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until combined.
- Whisk in the peanut butter, then add the eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla, mixing until fully combined.
- Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, and fold the batter together with a spatula.
- Fold in the Reese’s Pieces and spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
