Peanut Butter Cup Blondies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, Stevia, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs, then add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract, stirring well.
- Combine the egg mixture with the flour mixture and stir until well combined.
- Slowly add in the chocolate chips.
- Coat a 9 x 9 inch pan with cooking spray and spread the batter evenly in the pan.
- Sprinkle the chopped Reeses peanut butter cups over the top of the batter.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool and enjoy!
